Plus, we offer local delivery, and for those a bit further away, we can arrange delivery for a small fee. Get ready for a fun adventure with your new piggy friend!

Mangalitsa Pigs
The Mangalitsa is an old- world, Hungarian pig with curly fur resembling sheep wool. The mangalitsa pig is prized for its dark red, marbled meat, with a generous amount of lean fat It’s not just the best tasting pork in the world, it’s the healthiest too. “The Kobe beef of pork”. Mangalitsa fat is lower in saturated fats and higher in unsaturated fat.
Intense Marbling: High marbling within the meat, along with high fat content, makes the pork tender and flavorful.
Flavor: described as rich and nutty
Unsaturated fat: Mangalitsa lard is lighter and melts at a lower temperature because it contains more unsaturated fat.
Omega-3 Fatty acids and antioxidants: High concentration of Omega-3 fatty acids and natural antioxidants.
Slower growth: Mangalitsa pigs take much longer to reach butcher weight compared to commercial-raised pigs, which contributes to the meat's marbling and flavor development.
